Chris Barton has served as Minister of Youth at Alton Baptist since May, 2006. He had previously served in a similar role in churches in Spencer County and Pulaski County. Chris has a great heart for youth and a strong desire to touch the lives of youth for the cause of Christ.

Using the Purpose-driven Youth Ministry model, Chris approaches his work with a solid sense of intentionality. He is ably assisted by his wife Ginger. Both have degrees in Christian Educational Ministries from Campbellsville University.
